Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
• Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely imaging results
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and imaging outcomes

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in CT
• BLS certification
• State licensure
• 1 year of experience in CT technology, preferably in a Level 3 trauma hospital
• Epic experience required

Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field

Knowledge & Skills

• CT technology and imaging techniques
• Radiation safety and patient protection
• Epic electronic medical records system
• Venipuncture and contrast media administration
• Image display and post-processing techniques
