Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic sonography procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide instructions
- Operate ultrasound equipment and associated devices
- Evaluate images for technical quality and proper identification
- Assist licensed practitioners with interventional procedures
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in sonography from a CAHEA-accredited program
- OBMI and ARDMS registered US Sonographer certification
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
Education
- Associate or bachelor's degree in sonography from a CAHEA-accredited program
