Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with PT and Speech teams to deliver comprehensive rehab care
- Document progress using Cerner EMR to keep the care team informed
- Support patients on weekends every third rotation to ensure continuity
- Mentor new travelers and share your acute care expertise
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy
- At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
- Open to first-time travelers

- Cerner EMR documentation
- Acute care rehabilitation techniques
- Team collaboration across PT, OT, and Speech
- Patient-centered goal setting
- Weekend and holiday rotation flexibility
