Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient vitals and respond quickly to changes
• Collaborate with doctors and the healthcare team on care plans
• Educate patients and families about their care and discharge instructions
• Document assessments and interventions promptly in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact state, or willingness to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Current BLS/ACLS certifications as required by the facility
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to new environments
• A compassionate, patient-first approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable using electronic health records
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and coworkers
• Quick learner who thrives in fast-paced settings
• Ability to adapt to different protocols and teams
