Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (specific hours may vary, but 40 hours/week required)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and efficient environment
Scrub in for cardiac, ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn surgeries
Collaborate with surgical teams to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications

Surgical Technologist certification (e.g., CST, RVT)
Experience in an operating room setting, preferably with cardiac cases
Ability to single scrub cardiac procedures

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Surgical Technologist training program

Knowledge & Skills

Operating room procedures and protocols
Surgical instrumentation and equipment
Sterilization and disinfection techniques
Communication and teamwork skills
