Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
- Ensure a sterile and organized operating room environment
Qualifications
- Surgical Technologist certification (e.g., CST, RVT)
- Experience in a surgical setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Education
- Post-secondary education in Surgical Technology
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
