Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Single scrub cardiac procedures with precision and care
- Assist in a variety of specialties including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn when cardiac cases are light
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for each case
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and the surgical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Surgical Tech certification
- Experience scrubbing cardiac cases independently
- Ability to adapt across multiple surgical specialties
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac surgery scrubbing expertise
- Knowledge of ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn procedures
- Operating room protocols and sterile technique
- Equipment preparation and maintenance
