Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms for cardiovascular procedures
- Assist surgeons during complex heart and vascular surgeries
- Maintain sterile fields and handle surgical instruments with precision
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety
- Monitor and restock surgical supplies throughout procedures
Qualifications
- Current Surgical Tech certification
- Experience in cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Strong attention to detail and sterile technique
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiovascular surgical procedures
- Sterile technique and infection control
- Operating room equipment and instrumentation
