Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week, block scheduling preferred (6 on/8 off)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead as a working supervisor in Med Surg and ER, jumping in to provide hands-on patient care
Oversee team operations and ensure smooth shifts with your expert guidance
Handle critical situations with confidence, making a real difference in patient outcomes
Coordinate care across departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Experience in Med Surg and ER settings
Any OB/Newborn Stabilization training is a plus

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Med Surg and ER expertise
Proficiency in emergency response and stabilization
Leadership skills for charge nurse duties
Excellent teamwork and communication
