Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varied rotating day and evening shifts with on-call rotation once a week and every fifth weekend. Options: 4 x 10s (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM) or 5 x 8s (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate in the OR to ensure seamless surgical procedures and patient safety
Anticipate surgeon needs and maintain sterile fields with precision
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional care
Manage equipment and supplies for optimal operating room flow
Support patients through their surgical journey with compassion

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Operating Room experience, preferably as a circulator
BLS and ACLS certifications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong sterile technique and OR protocols
Excellent teamwork and communication in high-stakes settings
Quick thinking and adaptability during procedures
Patient-centered care with attention to detail
