Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional resident care through thorough assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation
Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other professionals to achieve outstanding resident outcomes
Administer treatments and medications with precision and care
Interpret diagnostic tests and formulate personalized plans of care
Provide vital education to residents and their loved ones
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that make a real difference in resident lives

Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current California RN license
Current CPR certification

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of the nursing process
Administering treatments and medications
Interpreting diagnostic tests
Formulating plans of care
Collaborating with healthcare providers
Providing resident education

Benefits

30 pay increments on pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience
