Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care using the full nursing process from assessment to evaluation
Direct and coordinate nursing care to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
Collaborate with healthcare pros for quality, efficient treatment
Serve as a go-to resource in dynamic situations
Apply age-specific and culturally sensitive care for patients from birth to elderly
Conduct initial assessments and 24-hour re-assessments with precision

Qualifications

Licensed in good standing as a Registered Nurse in Alaska
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Completion of nursing program from an NLN approved institution
Minimum 2 years Med/Surg experience preferred
Open to international nurses with NCLEX, TOEFL, and Visa Screen

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery of nursing process including patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Med/Surg expertise
Strong collaboration with healthcare teams
