Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Assess individual needs and craft innovative treatment strategies
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

Document progress with precision to celebrate every milestone

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Experience in diverse therapy settings welcomed
BLS certification preferred
Compassionate approach with strong patient focus
Ability to thrive in a supportive community hospital environment

Education

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
Graduation from an accredited OT program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Skilled in patient evaluation and progress tracking
Strong communication for building trust with patients and teams
Proficiency with rehab equipment and modalities
Creative problem-solving to overcome unique challenges
