30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional resident care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation
Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve outstanding resident outcomes
Administer treatments and medications while interpreting diagnostic tests
Formulate personalized care plans and educate residents and families
Support quality improvement initiatives that make a real difference in resident lives

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current California RN license
Current CPR certification

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in the full nursing process including assessment, planning and implementation
Proficient in administering treatments, medications and interpreting tests
Strong collaborator with healthcare providers and educators for residents
