Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with residents and care teams to deliver transformative physical therapy that boosts independence and daily living skills
• Evaluate residents and craft personalized therapy plans packed with achievable goals and innovative modalities
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and collaborate with physicians for seamless care
• Document everything clearly in electronic records to keep the whole team in sync
• Educate residents and caregivers while recommending assistive devices for greater mobility
• Mentor new staff, supervise assistants, and contribute to exciting new rehab programs
• Stay sharp with ongoing education and professional growth to lead the field

Qualifications

• Active PT license in Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's or Doctorate preferred
• BLS certification preferred
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care highly valued
• Compassionate approach with strong focus on resident-centered care

Education

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or Doctorate preferred

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
• Analytical mindset for sound decision-making
