Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional emergency care to patients in the ER, making a real difference in critical moments
Provide compassionate nursing in Swing Bed unit, supporting patient recovery and transitions
Collaborate with a tight-knit team to ensure top-notch care around the clock
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changing needs during night shifts

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in ER and/or Swing Bed nursing preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced rural hospital environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong emergency response and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in patient assessment and triage
Excellent communication with patients and team members
Adaptability to night shift demands
