Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to medical and surgical patients on a bustling Med Surg floor
Monitor and support occasional post-partum moms and pediatric patients with skill and heart
Collaborate with a dedicated team in a community-owned hospital to make real differences in patients' lives
Ensure smooth patient transitions and high-quality outcomes every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
Experience in Med Surg nursing
BLS certification
Ready to join from a Joint Commission Accredited agency on the Louisiana Department of Health Nurse Staffing Agencies List

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent patient communication and teamwork
Proficiency in handling diverse patient cases from adults to occasional peds and post-partum
