Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily
Conduct modified barium swallow studies for accurate diagnosis
Support adult patients in acute care settings with communication and swallowing needs
Care for premature infants in the NICU with specialized feeding support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Experience performing modified barium swallow studies required
Comfort working with both adult acute care and neonatal populations
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Modified Barium Swallow Studies expertise
Adult inpatient acute care experience
NICU feeding support knowledge
Patient-centered communication approach
