Location: Kearney, Nebraska

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 0630-1830, 1830-0630, every other weekend, and a minimum of 2 holidays within the contract timeframe

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU setting
Titrate drips and manage various medical equipment
Read and interpret tele strips and monitor patient data
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Competence in arterial lines and titratable drips
Experience in a PCU or similar setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Arterial Lines
Titratable Drips
Telemetry Interpretation
