Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to mothers and babies
- Educate new parents on safety, nurturing, and health of their babies
- Perform routine procedures such as circumcisions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- 2 years of experience in a Mother/Baby acute care hospital setting
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Lactations and Transitions experience preferred
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, caring, and patient-centered approach
