Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room
- Take ED and Inpatient Hold RN ratios/acuity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC certifications
- Experience in Emergency Room setting
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency Room operations
- Patient assessment and care
- Communication and teamwork skills
