Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday (rotating weekends)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and provide high-quality patient care in a Bone Marrow Transplant unit
Administer chemotherapy and manage patient symptoms
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor and operate medical equipment, including telemetry and infusion devices
Participate in bedside shift reports and safety rounds

Qualifications

Current RN license
1 year of experience in a similar setting
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Oncology and PCU experience preferred
Ability to read telemetry and monitor simple titration of drips

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of Meditech documentation system
