Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Administer respiratory treatments, oxygen therapy, and ventilation support
• Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status, adjusting care as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and equipment

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
• BLS certification required
• Previous pediatric experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of respiratory therapy procedures and equipment
• Skill in patient assessment and emergency response
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion and empathy in patient interactions
