Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer safe and competent respiratory care as ordered by physicians
- Monitor mechanical ventilation and administer medications
- Perform patient assessments and understand hemodynamic monitoring
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of respiratory care procedures
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a COARC-approved Respiratory Care Program with CRT credential
- BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
- NRP certification required within 6 months of hire
- At least 1 year of respiratory experience in a hospital setting
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Graduate of a COARC-approved Respiratory Care Program
