Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate patient care activities and serve as a clinical resource for the team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes
• Support and mentor nursing staff, including orientation and training
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Act as a leader who fosters a safe, compassionate environment

Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, per diem environment

• Solid clinical nursing knowledge across acute care settings

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
