Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU and PCU patients with diverse diagnoses
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret ECG strips, and respond to changes promptly
• Titrate vasoactive, sedation, and paralytic medications safely within scope
• Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, and pharmacists in a team-based environment
• Float to various units (MS/Tele, ED Holds) to support patient acuity needs
• Operate advanced equipment like CRRT, IABP, and Arctic Sun for complex patient care

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of ICU experience with a strong clinical foundation
• Active Washington State RN license or compact license - we'll help you if needed
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• A valid driver's license for your travels - required at submittal
• Flexible, team-player mentality with a can-do attitude
• EPIC charting experience preferred; training available for the right candidate

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in critical care nursing for high-acuity patients
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and ECG interpretation
• Skilled in titrating complex intravenous drips
• Comfortable with CRRT, Swan-Ganz, IABP, and Arctic Sun technologies
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
