Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and mobility activities
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients on exercises and safe mobility techniques
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active California PTA License required
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Previous experience preferred
