Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care to patients
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and care routines
• Assist the dentist during procedures and examinations
• Maintain accurate patient records and radiographs
• Ensure a safe, sterile, and comfortable environment for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Experience in a dental practice is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough understanding of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety protocols
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) software
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient education
• Commitment to infection control and sterilization standards
