Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust care plans
• Document patient information thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other team members
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or acute care is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to pass a background check and comply with facility requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of nursing principles and best practices
• Proficiency with electronic health records and medication administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced situations
• Compassionate approach to patient care
