Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to individuals and families
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Ability to work per diem, night shifts with a flexible schedule
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
