Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, including assistance with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Collaborate with the care team to create a positive and supportive environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living space for residents

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to safely lift and transfer patients
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
