Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document patient outcomes accurately and communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers
• Respond to emergencies and changes in patient status with professional judgment
• Uphold facility safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state in good standing
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Previous nursing experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing care standards, patient assessment, and medication administration
• Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation
• Compassion, empathy, and a dedication to patient advocacy
• Team collaboration and effective communication with patients and families
