Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting residents
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing care and safety protocols
• Skills in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize resident needs
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Empathy and active listening skills
