Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights with a caring attitude
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team
• Respect resident privacy and promote independence wherever possible

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current state or federal issued identification and ability to wear a photo badge at all times
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable mindset
• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team
• No prior experience required; we welcome newly certified CNAs

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant principles and practices
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely
• Attention to detail in documenting patient care
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
