Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists in providing exceptional patient care
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take dental X-rays and impressions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with office operations

Qualifications

• State certification or licensure as a Dental Assistant (as required)
• X-ray certification
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Experience in orthodontics is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Denticon)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and infection control protocols
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
