Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and comfortable patient experience.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, maintaining the highest standards of safety.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as needed, supporting accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, empowering them to maintain healthy smiles.

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Dental Assistant National Board (DANB) certification preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Previous experience in orthodontics is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic new graduates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency with dental software and digital imaging systems
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
