Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Support patients' emotional well-being with a positive, caring attitude
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible care

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing care and patient safety protocols
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
• Time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
