Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dignified care to residents, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition to the nursing team
• Support residents' mobility and transfer needs, ensuring safety and comfort
• Keep accurate documentation of care provided and observations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus, but new graduates are welcome
• Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing respectful, patient-centered care
• Must comply with facility requirements, including wearing a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and infection control practices
• Skills in taking and recording vital signs
• Ability to use electronic health records and document care
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and support residents
• Strong attention to detail and compassionate communication
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on resident well-being
