Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients based on physician orders, helping them regain independence in daily activities
- Create personalized treatment and discharge plans that evolve with each patient's progress
- Keep accurate and timely documentation, ensuring seamless continuity of care
- Supervise COTAs while fostering a collaborative and supportive therapy environment
- Partner with doctors, nurses, families, and other team members to deliver whole-person care
- Champion safety and regulatory compliance in every interaction and therapy session
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
- Active state OT license in Wyoming (or ability to obtain one)
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve independence
Education
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient evaluation and assessment
- Treatment planning and implementation
- Discharge planning and resource coordination
- Supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
- Accurate clinical documentation
- Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Strong occupational therapy clinical skills
