Location: Salisbury, Maryland

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's unique goals
- Document services meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to deliver holistic care
- Champion infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and teammates
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA degree)
- Current Maryland SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic rehab setting
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in speech-language pathology assessment and therapy
- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Effective collaboration with care teams
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving
