Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's unique goals
• Document services meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to deliver holistic care
• Champion infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and teammates

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA degree)
• Current Maryland SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic rehab setting

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
