Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming patient environment
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch, personalized care

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous healthcare experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care principles and techniques
• Proficiency in using medical equipment like blood pressure cuffs, thermometers, and pulse oximeters
• Strong observational and documentation skills to track patient progress
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
