Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Rehabilitation
Location: Inglewood, CA
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 - $43.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic treatments under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, empowering patients on their recovery journey
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance/mobility activities to restore independence
- Monitor patient progress and keep the supervising PT informed of every milestone
- Educate patients on exercises and safe mobility techniques to promote long-term success
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, ensuring continuity of care
- Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active California PTA License - you're ready to practice
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Previous experience preferred, but a positive attitude and dedication go a long way
Education
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises
- Comfortable with gait training, balance, and mobility activities
- Great at monitoring patient progress and keeping accurate documentation
- Excellent patient education and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in safe mobility techniques
- Holds a California PTA License and graduated from an accredited PTA program
