Location: Inglewood, CA

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 - $43.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic treatments under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, empowering patients on their recovery journey
  • Assist with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance/mobility activities to restore independence
  • Monitor patient progress and keep the supervising PT informed of every milestone
  • Educate patients on exercises and safe mobility techniques to promote long-term success
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation, ensuring continuity of care
  • Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Active California PTA License - you're ready to practice
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Previous experience preferred, but a positive attitude and dedication go a long way

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Knowledge & Skills

  • Skilled in therapy treatments and therapeutic exercises
  • Comfortable with gait training, balance, and mobility activities
  • Great at monitoring patient progress and keeping accurate documentation
  • Excellent patient education and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in safe mobility techniques
  • Holds a California PTA License and graduated from an accredited PTA program
