Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma patients across PCU and Med/Surg units
- Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medication drips including heparin and cardizem
- Monitor ventilators and perform hemodynamic monitoring to ensure patient stability
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PT/OT, case managers, and educators to optimize patient outcomes
- Float within similar levels of care to support unit needs and build versatile skills
- Champion hourly rounding and patient experience initiatives to create meaningful connections
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 1 year of PCU or oncology experience
- BLS, ACLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required
- Chemotherapy administration certification required
- EPIC experience within the last 6 months preferred
- First-time travelers welcome with a genuine passion for patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with EPIC electronic medical records and Alaris IV pumps
- Comfortable with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
- Skilled in chemotherapy administration and titration of drips like insulin and cardizem
- Strong teamwork mindset and cultural sensitivity when caring for diverse patient populations
