Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts with on-call rotation and every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the OR Circulator ensuring smooth surgical procedures and patient safety
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to deliver exceptional care
Prepare operating rooms and verify all equipment and supplies are ready
Monitor patients throughout procedures and advocate for their comfort
Document accurately in EPIC EMR and maintain clear communication with the care team

Qualifications

Current and valid California RN License
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
Minimum one year of recent OR experience with Ortho and ENT cases
CNOR certification preferred
EPIC EMR experience

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of Ortho and ENT surgical procedures
Proficient with EPIC electronic medical records
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to remain calm and focused during on-call situations
Detail-oriented with a passion for patient safety
