Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medically complex patients
  • Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety
  • Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
  • Document patient care accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, promoting patient dignity and comfort

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Alabama (or compact state)
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Med/Surg or acute care experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are welcome to apply
  • Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for helping others recover and thrive
