Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medical and surgical patients
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage patient assessments
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain electronic health records
• Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions and escalate as needed

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Med/Surg nursing experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and best practices
• Skilled in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Excellent patient assessment and clinical judgment
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal communication
