Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Take and record vital signs accurately, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutrition monitoring
• Document care provided and observations in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and the care team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Delaware
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to pass the mandatory DHSS background check and fingerprinting
• Documented COVID-19 vaccination or an approved religious/medical exemption
• Valid state or federal issued photo ID for facility entry
• Prior CNA experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply

• Attention to detail in documentation and vital sign monitoring
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
