Location: Centennial, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating days/nights, with weekend requirements (6-9 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, and more
Float across multiple facilities within Zone 1 (Colorado Springs area) as needed
Titrate heparin drips and monitor patient responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adapt to various unit specialties and acuity levels, including MS-Tele, PCU/Stepdown, and low-acuity ICU holds

Qualifications

Must have 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Ability to float and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior neuro experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in MS-Tele nursing and cardiac monitoring
Experience with heparin titration
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Adaptability to different facilities and unit cultures
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
