Location: Silverdale, WA

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, includes weekends and holidays as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry strips, and respond to changes promptly
Titrate heparin and cardizem drips within protocol limits
Collaborate with charge nurses, CNAs, and respiratory therapists for optimal patient outcomes
Manage a diverse patient population including CHF, DM, UTI, COPD, post-op, and palliative care
Float to other units as needed to support team coverage

Qualifications

At least 1 year of acute care clinical experience - we want you to feel confident and supported
Active WA or Compact RN license - we accept both!
BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
Strong telemetry interpretation skills and ability to titrate heparin and cardizem
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
Experience with heparin and cardizem titration
Knowledge of medical-surgical diagnoses and treatments
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
