Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse overseeing daily operations in a 26-bed long-term care setting
- Administer medications and provide compassionate wound care to residents
- Monitor and support residents managing heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation using the Matrix EMR system
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- BLS certification required
- Prior long-term care nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and medication administration skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Long-term care nursing expertise
- Medication administration and wound care proficiency
- Ability to work independently as charge nurse
- Familiarity with Matrix EMR system a plus
- Excellent communication and resident advocacy skills
